- You are awesome!
- Be brave to speak your mind.
- It’s ok to feel insecure at times.
- Remember, you can create your own happiness.
- Remember too that all behaviour is under state control. Only you can control your state.
- Don’t put anyone on a pedestal because one day they will fall and you’ll be devastated.
- Ask for forgiveness not permission.
- Forgive yourself first to be able to forgive others (see point 6 above).
- Meditate.
- Drink 2 litres of water every day.
I just needed a reminder today.
Number 11: There is never only “just”. You are never only “just”. Your needs are not only “just”… (see point 1 above).

Thank you Regina for that reminder some times life can throw things at you which make you loose confidence. It is helpful to consistently remind your self that you can determine what happens because of the attitude you have towards yourself.
