A seaside village on the south-western side of Mauritius in the Black River region, Flic en Flac is one of the most popular tourist sites on the island. Easy to reach from the airport and the capital Port-Louis; shopping, restaurants, resorts … it’s a fun place to spend time at when you visit the island.

Booties to swim with lest we inadvertently stood on a sea-urchin.  Remember to get a pair at any supermarket or seaside store.
