It’s back to Thailand and the most beautiful waterfalls I’ve seen on my travels so far. The falls are in the Tenasserim Hills in Kanchanaburi province and has seven levels, stretching over a distance of about 1.5 kilometres.
It’s a moderate hike up to the fifth level. Level six and seven are more challenging. I made it up to level five and called it. Still, I’m proud of that achievement. I do wish someday to make it all the way to the top.
In some places stairs appeared rickety; I won’t lie, I did worry about climbing these stairs.
The first level, the easiest to reach from the visitor’s centre.
Offerings of clothes to the tree nymphs in places along the trail.
