Taxis driving on the wrong side of the road to get ahead of slow traffic. Turning from the far lane. Skipping red robots. Clogging intersections causing a gridlock. This chaos routinely happens in Joburg. The rules of the road are mere guidelines. I am convinced that if everyone respected the rules of the road then we would have a more orderly traffic situation.
