The photo below is not of a window but taken from the window of a moving bus. It reminds me of the short I took with a bunch of colleagues to a nature reserve outside Pune in India. We crossed the river, the dam wall on the right looming gigantically above us. It was quite dramatic. right after crossing the river the road started climbing, and I took this photo as we crested the hill.
I accompanied my niece to her horse riding lesson on Saturday. The stables are large and have many quirky places and interesting things to photograph. This beautiful horse was just too curious about what I was doing outside his window and he came to investigate – and ended up in my photo.

More about #WednesdayWindows:
A month ago I hit a middle-of-the-week-creativity-slump - and #WednesdayWindows was born.
I will be posting a photo of windows (the ones you look out of, not the ones that are prefixed by the word “Microsoft”) every Wednesday. I seem to take a lot of them wherever I go, so it must count as a fascination or maybe just plain obsession.
As you can see this is by no means a professionally run weekly feature or challenge. I’m doing it to indulge my fascination, so if you have one too, please do join.
You are welcome to join in the feature – there is no theme other than “windows”. If you do join leave the link to your post in the comments below.
