If we were having coffee it would be a low key one. My sinuses are acting up again, probably because I cleaned out my study and the dust got into my nose. At least I’ve spring cleaned.
Channel 109 on South African DSTV is showing all Star Wars movies and behind the scenes programmes, so all is good with the world. This is a pop-up channel which ends today, so we’re recording all six movies to the decoder’s hard drive. I don’t know how many times we’ve watched these movies, we will always be watching them.
In my spring cleaning yesterday I found this card which is a good reminder for the coming week. And forever too.
It’s that strange time of the year where I’m contemplating replacing the down duvet with the summer one. It gets too hot at night, but is welcome in the morning when it is still cool. Things haven’t moved beyond contemplation though.
The first spring rains arrived with some thunder, so now we’re starting to be extra careful again with the modem and other sensitive electronics. Even with lightning protection we get a bit neurotic.
If we were having coffee we’d be finishing off now, I want to work on my conference paper some more. Have a great week and see you same time same place next week.
Cheers!

I enjoyed reading this post. I should be cleaning. I’d like to be writing. And I’ve ask but given up coffee.
My bedding consists of a blanket and a comforter. They stay on the bed year round. I do not have a duvet cover. I just use whatever layers I need, which can change between the time I go to bed and wake up, especially with the changing seasons. Good luck deciding!
Beautiful sentiment in the card!
I’ve all but given up coffee. My phone’s keyboard guesses wrong sometimes and I forget to proofread.
🙂
Thank you Robin! Layering is best, you’ve given me the idea to try that.
Oh, we love Star Wars around here—which I suppose you might intuit from Little Jedi’s moniker. lol

I did wonder 😉 🙂
I always find that despite all our different time zones, cultural differences, and geographical differences that I seem to adapt too, the idea that it’s summer somewhere when it is winter here is so foreign to me.
I need to travel below the equator someday. 🙂

One of my dreams is to have an endless summer. As soon as the cold sets in one hemisphere I’d escape to the other LOL 🙂
